The Turbopack covers the 3 to 650 KW (traction rating) power class.
The components - T 312 turbo transmission including heat exchanger and appropriate pipes and tubes which are integrated into a separate transmission module - are connected to the customer-specified engine via Voith cardan shafts and Voith highly flexible couplings.
The diesel engine, the engine periphery (air filter, exhaust system and, where appropriate, pre-heating unit) with all pipes and tubes, as well as the ancillary drive unit, are integrated into a further carrier frame. The Turbopack is controlled by the VTDC (Voith Turbo Drive Control) system. The drive unit is completed by Voith Final drives, Voith cardan shafts and a Voith roof-mounted cooling system (or an integrated underfloor cooling system). |
