Servo-hydraulic drives are optimized linear drives with increased movement profile requirements for punching, cutting, and forming processes.
Using electronic control, parameters such as speed, position and driving profile are output to a stepping motor with low electrical consumption.
The hydro-mechanical automatic control loop of the hydraulic amplifier strengthens these defaults of the stepping motor highly dynamically.
The hydro-mechanical regulation makes the use of measuring systems and electronic control concepts redundant.
System-typical characteristics such as robustness and process security of these compact units are also ensured.
