Lower cycle times are mostly achieved by hydraulic accumulator charging circuits. This ensures, on the one hand, that the hydraulic drive system is not oversized, and, on the other hand, that appropriate output reserves are available during parts of the cycle.
Voith's internal gear pumps are ideal for this application, because of their high efficiency, low noise, and low pump delivery and pressure pulsations.
It is no problem to combine several of Voith's internal gear pumps serving different functions into one drive system.
All of the required pumps can thus be arranged in a space saving and efficient system.
Electro-hydraulic servo valves with short stroke and a high-precision drive provide for wall thickness adjustment, and servo valves with a high-dynamic drive provide for the blow mandrel movement. |
