Computer-programmable control systems are used for the following tasks:
- They act as Gateway with the Voith Turbo Drive Control if the vehicle control system has only one interface for the processing of digital and analogue signals.
- For non-electronic transmissions it allows the multiple electric connection to the vehicle control system.
- It allows the realisation of additional analogue and digital channels for the control of the driveline.
